In the perspective of general renewal and increase of the wine sector, in addition to the principal cellar built in the 1980’s,
a new completely underground win cellar was realized in 2001 contains both the production department of the classic method
sparkling wine and that for the refinement and ageing of the finest wines in casks, barriques and tonneaux.
The wine cellar provided whit the latest technological plants, which allow to control and modulate every stage of the wine
production, has got very new stainless steel casks and wine-makers besides the traditional concrete tank all supplied with
modern system for temperature control.
