The vineyards of Pucciarella Farm (58 hectares), situated at an average altitude of 300 metres above sea level, are registered
in the roll of "Colli del Trasimeno DOC". Since the early 1990’s most of the old vineyards have been carefully and gradually
substituted with new ones enjoying proper plant density 5000 stocks a hectare and fine varieties, able to satisfy the
consumers more and more exigent taste.
The soil mostly soft and rich in skeleton and stones of medium size is particularly fit for the production of quality grapes
destined for superior quality wines. All the vineyards have been equipped in the last few years with drop irrigation system
plants in order to lessen the negative affect caused by the more and more frequent dry summers. The combination of the factor
such as altitude, position, the characteristic of the terrain and the low yield of every vine allow to get the best bouquet
giving the wines a special character of great elegance.
